Disappointed service First of all - I spent about 5 hours at this place and they tried really hard to sell me a car - however, were not successful at all; also because of First of all - I spent about 5 hours at this place and they tried really hard to sell me a car - however, were not successful at all; also because of the lack of knowledge of the salesperson Chris. I appreciated his effort, however, he was not able to provide any details to any of the cars we tested. He talked about unnecessary features when we were in the car, but when we wanted to have details about the engine, transmission, or previous accidents, etc., he had no answer). Furthermore, he didn't seem like a very experienced driver, which made it complicated for him to understand when I was talking about driving comfort. ... He tried to overplay it with trying to win me as a friend, but this made me feel very awkward. In the end we were willing to buy a car way out of our price range and he made an excellent offer; however his manager Art did not go with this deal. So after 5 hours at the dealership, testing several cars, finally making a decision and commitment to buy, we ended up with nothing. I felt they were playing us a lot and in connection with the lack of 'auto' knowledge, we decided not buy from them. There are so many places nearby and we ended up with way a better service just across the street. More

He's the best salesman I could ask for being new to Vancouver and not knowing where to go for a reliable car. After buying the suprises happened! We just bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee at this dealership last week Friday. We took it for a test drive and looked at all the specs before purchasing it. We just bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee at this dealership last week Friday. We took it for a test drive and looked at all the specs before purchasing it. We were told that the vehicle was in perfect condition and that it was looked over and inspected before placing it on the lot. This was NOT the case in our situation. As we drove the vehicle home from the lot (we live about 25 minutes away), the engine light came on. We brought it to the nearest jeep dealership and they replaced the sensor that was needed. All covered under warranty. Two days later, we are driving and the engine light goes on again as well as the vehicle powers down. We had to get it towed the jeep dealership at this time. We were told by them that the vehicle is unsafe to drive and we cannot drive it. They had to order parts. We were told that they had to replace the engine harness and that they have been damaged for a long time. Our concern was that we were told that the car is in perfect condition and the safety specs came back good. Basically they LIED to us. They clearly did not look under the vehicle when they received it because they would have seen it right away. We wanted to see what the dealership would do for us considering that we spent a lot of money on the vehicle and had to take time off work due this situation. They said to us, well once you drive it off the lot, its not our problem and only offered us a courtesy car when the jeep was in the shop. We were not looking for physical compensation, but a possible reprimand of the vehicle inspector, an apology or something along those lines. We only got an apology after being prompt and calling back again. They never even cared about their customers after they leave the lot. I'm glad that the jeep is up and running again, however, I cannot and will not promote this company in anyway since they lied to us and will not own up to their mistakes. More
