After buying the suprises happened! We just bought a 2016 jeep Cherokee at this dealership last week Friday. We took it for a test drive and looked at all the specs before purchasing it. We were told that the vehicle was in perfect condition and that it was looked over and inspected before placing it on the lot. This was NOT the case in our situation. As we drove the vehicle home from the lot (we live about 25 minutes away), the engine light came on. We brought it to the nearest jeep dealership and they replaced the sensor that was needed. All covered under warranty. Two days later, we are driving and the engine light goes on again as well as the vehicle powers down. We had to get it towed the jeep dealership at this time. We were told by them that the vehicle is unsafe to drive and we cannot drive it. They had to order parts. We were told that they had to replace the engine harness and that they have been damaged for a long time. Our concern was that we were told that the car is in perfect condition and the safety specs came back good. Basically they LIED to us. They clearly did not look under the vehicle when they received it because they would have seen it right away. We wanted to see what the dealership would do for us considering that we spent a lot of money on the vehicle and had to take time off work due this situation. They said to us, well once you drive it off the lot, its not our problem and only offered us a courtesy car when the jeep was in the shop. We were not looking for physical compensation, but a possible reprimand of the vehicle inspector, an apology or something along those lines. We only got an apology after being prompt and calling back again. They never even cared about their customers after they leave the lot. I'm glad that the jeep is up and running again, however, I cannot and will not promote this company in anyway since they lied to us and will not own up to their mistakes. More

I arrived early and talked to a few sales men, putting the feelers out and to express my disapproval of my previous truck buying event. I met Art who listened to my distaste for my previous buying experience and compensated me with a few gas cards! Starting off right 👍! Patrick an honest, eager young kid and Art the boss man explained every detail, worked with what I wanted and (in my opinion) Rock it! I would definitely recommend Patrick and Art good guys! They both made me feel comfortable and very happy with my new truck!! Also a big plus in my eyes was the follow up asking how things were and if I was happy, any issues and if I needed anything! More

They claim they made a mistake or the offer was for another car, etc. Not trustable at all!!! Ask them to write every offer down and sign it, even though they will find a way to play games to suck more afterwords. As a person with 30 years in sales I absolutely warn you and do not recommend this dealer. More

Also when I first checked out the car it was rainy and dark so I didn't see a dent on the car. They never disclosed it either. Only found out about it after I brought the car home, contacted them right away only to face their ignorant sales person and management. Stay away from Debby, she's the worst sales ever. And Bob, he never listened to what I had to say and instead aggressively and defensively responded in a very rude way. Worst shopping experience in a while. More

Very misleading and rude Negotiating on new 2016 Silverado. Was told $35,000 might work taking my trade. all communication was total price incl taxes and all fees. But wait, when i get shuffled to see Art the Finance manager things changed. Now that price did not include tax or fees and I was looking at $44,500 approx. I asked what they were giving me for my trade and his answer was " I know how auctions work and they will give us $100.00 for pieces of crap like that." I told him he didn't have to be so rude. It is not a piece of crap. I didn't push, pull or drag it in there. I will share this with as many family, friends, co-workers as I can Thanks for nothing Eagle ridge More

The manager behaviour was not good. Even i told not to check my credit score he did it. While asking him why he has done the credit check he didnt felt regret and talked rudely with me.
