Service appointment I made an apppintment on line to get my oil changed and remove my snow tires. It was under the header of "Book a Service Appointment " i was waiting I made an apppintment on line to get my oil changed and remove my snow tires. It was under the header of "Book a Service Appointment " i was waiting for someone from Service to contact me to confirm a time. All i got were phone calls from the sales people asking me when i wanted to come in to purchase a new vehicle. I explained that i was actually trying to book a service appointment. The sales person apologized and said he would notify the Service Dept. The next day i got a call from a different sales rep telling me the he received my request for an appointment. I just hung up. I called the Service Dept directly and booked. Maybe that website could use some tweaking? Very frustrating More

Driving home I noticed the radio display was still not working correctly, I called Brag immediately and he booked me a appointment for next day. The truck was brought in promptly when I arrived next day. Upon looking at the radio again and contacting you’re tech help department no fix could be found. For reasons I don’t understand the artist originally showed on the display of radio now it doesn’t. I relies that it’s not a major issue but still it worked now it doesn’t. Brad apologized and explained the issue and he would contact me if a fix came up. More

Poor service from manager and service department I have bought a lot of cars from here starting as far back as 2006 and this will be the last. My partner bought a brand new truck. He hooked up his I I have bought a lot of cars from here starting as far back as 2006 and this will be the last. My partner bought a brand new truck. He hooked up his Ipod and well it keeps skipping. We just didn't try 1 Ipod but 4 Ipods all does the same. We called to get it fixed 5 times we took it in and still not fixed. Let alone he also purchased mats for the truck and they put in mats that have been cut up, they still haven't replaced that. Called the service Manager Ed still hasn't called back. This is by far the worst customer service I have received, I will be telling everyone I know not to shop here. This is not what customer service is about period! More
