It was under the header of "Book a Service Appointment " i was waiting I made an apppintment on line to get my oil changed and remove my snow tires. It was under the header of "Book a Service Appointment " i was waiting for someone from Service to contact me to confirm a time. All i got were phone calls from the sales people asking me when i wanted to come in to purchase a new vehicle. I explained that i was actually trying to book a service appointment. The sales person apologized and said he would notify the Service Dept. The next day i got a call from a different sales rep telling me the he received my request for an appointment. I just hung up. I called the Service Dept directly and booked. Maybe that website could use some tweaking? Very frustrating More
