Horrible Customer Service We are from Terrace and were looking for a dodge caravan and wanted to do a trade in with our truck. Because it’s 15 hours away, I wanted to be absolu We are from Terrace and were looking for a dodge caravan and wanted to do a trade in with our truck. Because it’s 15 hours away, I wanted to be absolutely sure that we could afford it before I decided to drive down. I disclosed everything I knew was wrong with the truck and was told a set amount as the worst case scenario. So getting assured that they would make it work for us, I drove down with the assurance I’d come away with the van we had chosen. Halfway into my drive, I get a call from the manager Bryan saying they can’t guarantee anything until they see the truck. At this point I’m already halfway there so I have no choice but to keep going. When I do arrive I’m then told that the truck is worth $5,000 less than the amount I was assured would be the worst case scenario. Obviously I can’t afford this, and tell them that I was assured of a set price especially after I drove 15 hours to purchase it. They basically say “too bad and we didn’t make any assurances.” At this point I’m very upset because I came down with the assurance that I’d be able to afford the worst case scenario and left with nothing because of their bottom line. It was honestly the most gut wrenching and upsetting situation I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. More
