Although I never took a test drive, my son has a 2019 Forte so I knew what to expect. I was able to view vehicles online so that helped. WARRANTY FOR NEW TYRES AND INSTALLATION DEC 2019, HAD TWO NEW TYRES INSTALLED WITH FRONT LEFT GOING FLAT. REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. LISA?? TOOK ME AS A WALK IN AND FIED THE TYRE. SECOND TIME DEC 2019, HAD TWO NEW TYRES INSTALLED WITH FRONT LEFT GOING FLAT. REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. LISA?? TOOK ME AS A WALK IN AND FIED THE TYRE. SECOND TIME TYRE WENT FLAT, TYRE WAS RE MOUNTED AND I LEFT DEALERSHIP WITHIN 90 MIN. MARCH 09/20, TYRE FLAT AGAIN. AS A WALKIN, TYRE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A LEAK IN THE VALVE STEM. TYRE VALVE STEM REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY. I AM ALMOST 80 YOA AND DISABLED. LISA USED HER PROFESSIONAL DISCRETION AND HAD MY TYRE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. THIS TOOK LESS THAN 90 MIN. A WELL DONE, NOT BECAUSE WORK WAS DONE UNDER WARRANTY, BUT LISA SAW I WAS IN DISTRESS AND HAD ME ON MY WAY IN LESS THAN 90 MIN. More
