I took my car in for a wheel alignment and balancing, and when the mechanics looked underneath my car noticed, I needed a tie rod replaced. I had previously taken my car to another mechanic to have the roto when the mechanics looked underneath my car noticed, I needed a tie rod replaced. I had previously taken my car to another mechanic to have the rotors replaced, but was never told about the seized tie rod. Your mechanics noticed several other issues with my car, which I will take care of at a later date, but I thank them for being so thorough and observant. Since having that done, my car drives so much better without any noise and shaking, and has made it so much safer for me to drive. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Lisa Hillis, who explained everything in layman's terms, for me to understand the problems. I will certainly return to your dealership to have these issues dealt with. More
