Utmost respect I have always been treated with respect in the service department. They have always fixed any issue promptly and covered warranty when needed. Never an argument on any declined service suggestion. The one thing I would say is that I do not need an alignment every six months. No matter what you say. Other than that I would buy a car here again if only for the service(Oswane #1) not for the sales. Less than professional Bought a used car. Was told to come back for the second key the next day and then another day finally got it and was told by the salesman that they do Bought a used car. Great Customer Service! Came in with 2 vehicles to trade in for 2 more, plus a lien to pay off. It was complicated to say the least. Always a daunting prospect doing something like this but we were made to feel extremely "at home" and as if what WE wanted was the most important factor. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and would highly recommend them! More

But then after starting to say no and watching, you see how they just recommend nonsensical maintenance recommendations time after time with no actual need. That and my experience with the sales staff was borderline offensive. Absolutely useless. Don't let these people gouge you into bs upkeep costs. More
