Tried to riboff Hi I went to trade in my 2008 Honda Civic to new rio and I was asking the value of my car but the financing manager Lawrence tried to avoid to tell me Hi I went to trade in my 2008 Honda Civic to new rio and I was asking the value of my car but the financing manager Lawrence tried to avoid to tell me the value he pulled my credit instead and tried to sell a used car in hi interest rate I was mad. at the final stage he revealed that my trade in car is just $500 worth. I did a research on it its wholesale value over $5000.totally upset me and I broke the deal I would never recommend to anyone More

Utmost respect I have always been treated with respect in the service department. They have always fixed any issue promptly and covered warranty when needed. Never an argument on any declined service suggestion. The one thing I would say is that I do not need an alignment every six months. No matter what you say. Other than that I would buy a car here again if only for the service(Oswane #1) not for the sales. Less than professional Bought a used car. Was told to come back for the second key the next day and then another day finally got it and was told by the salesman that they do Bought a used car. Then there was a wheel problem and was given a hard time about it. Had to repair it on my own dime Btw my daughter wants a new car but will not buy it there. Stop treating people badly.it is not good for business. More
Great Customer Service! Came in with 2 vehicles to trade in for 2 more, plus a lien to pay off. It was complicated to say the least. We spent about 5 hours there on a busy Saturday . . .. BUT . . the service we got couldn't have been better. Always a daunting prospect doing something like this but we were made to feel extremely "at home" and as if what WE wanted was the most important factor. We didn't feel pressured or rushed. I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and would highly recommend them! More
