Despite it being MY decision, MY vehicle, and MY money, Zlatko did not appear to wish to speak directly to me and did not appear to care what a female had to say- preferring just to speak to my husband. My husband kept informing him that it was my decision, to talk TO me, and that I was the boss in this situation, but unfortunately, this was far too lofty a notion for Zlatko. I even called him out on his behaviour at one point, which did not appear to matter much to him, and in fact, he may have even scoffed. If a Mrs. Zlatko exists, I feel extremely bad for her, having such a sexist, behind the times husband. Everyone else we spoke to that day was friendly and professional.The one star goes to the other two staff members I interacted with when I went into their dealership. More

Went in for a hybrid, left with an EV Came into DuecK on Terminal to look at a C-Max hybrid, at the time in was in for service and not available for a test. There were a few other options I liked on the lot and 1 of them was a Fiat500 EV. After testing it for 10 mins. I was pretty sure it was the car for me, a basic no frills city commuter that I've now had for 1 month and am very pleased with the purchase, it's a blast to drive, zips around like a go-cart ,it charges overnight on a household outlet (level 1) and gives me 2-3 days around town. Darren my sales rep was awesome to deal with and manager Peter honored a condition I had to complete the sale with absolutely no hassles, Amanda the business manager was also a pleasure to deal with, thanks to all 3!!... I recommend anyone looking to get into an EV to check out Dueck DT on Terminal, ask for Darren. More

As we live on the island, Darren offered to pick us up from the ferry and drove us straight to the dealership. Not only is he super friendly and easy going, he is easy to relate to and made our buying experience feel laid back and stress free. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase from him or his team, and he assured me I would get the best deal and rate, which we most certainly did. Simply incompetent Leases a vehicle from them. There were some headaches during the lease but non compared to what I went through after giving the car back. They have no Leases a vehicle from them. Both accuse the other of not performing their job, meanwhile I’m the one getting screwed around and asked to do their jobs for them. Was literally hung up on by a girl named Alison on the phone. Turns out she didn’t send the documents she said she did to GM Financial. Go figure. I was accused of not leaving the keys when I dropped off my vehicle so they couldn’t change the tires back to the originals so I wouldn’t be charged an extra $1000 and never received a phone call about it. (And the keys were definitely there) I’ve had to hold their hand at every step of this process. It’s not my car anymore! The vehicle has been in their hands for over three weeks and when I went to go pick up my tires I looked at the car one last time to find that the passenger window had been smashed while on their lot. If they want to charge me for that I will have to lawyer up because my patience for them is spent. They are simply incompetent. The blind leading the blind. I will never do business with the GM brand again and will strongly encourage anyone to do the same. More
