mauvaise expérience d'Achat j'y suis allez pour changer mon pickup 2014 pour un neuf équivalement(envi 70k a 75k$) en arrivant on me dis que c'est pas possible de voir un vendeur j'y suis allez pour changer mon pickup 2014 pour un neuf équivalement(envi 70k a 75k$) en arrivant on me dis que c'est pas possible de voir un vendeur avant d'avoir fait un bilan financier et avoir rencontrer un genre d'évaluateur financier (les vendeurs n'étaient pas occupé) (si j'ai déjà un pickup à 75k$ j'ai pas besoin qu'un de leur employé me fait un bilan financier!!!) ensuite je vois le vendeur et celui-ci ne veut pas me commander un pickup sur mesure mais plustot me pousse à acheter un pickup déjà en commande similaire... je lui dit que si le prix est bon je me passerais des options en moins que je voulais mais celui-ci refuse de me dire leur prix et de négocier avant de m'avoir fait approuvé au credit???quoi?? c'Est quoi cette manière là.. il me répond que c'est leur manière de fonctionner avec tout leurs clients de pickup... finalement après tout ce temps je suis parti sans avoir le prix du Laramie limited que je voulais. Je n'avais pas fait de review à ce moment là mais dernièrement, un ami qui travail là nous as demandé de faire un review positif sur facebook, ce à quoi son patron lui à promis 20$ par review positif fait par des connaissances... maudit, essayer donc de donner un bon service pour avoir des bon reviews au lieu de payer les connaissances de vos employer pour en avoir des faux!! More

What was supposed to be a god customer experience in buying a mini van became a nightmare and stressful sale for which I am still trying to get my refund for the warranty. I gave up on the refund for them delivering the vehicle with the incorrect tires and terribly upset at them for hiding the fact that the van had transmission problems. Extremely angry and disappointed. Where is my refund for the warranty cancellation that was done 2 months ago within the allotted time???? More

Service department After bringing my car for a recall for the passenger air bag, the air bag light came on while on the way home. The next day I called to bring the car After bringing my car for a recall for the passenger air bag, the air bag light came on while on the way home. The next day I called to bring the car back to find out why the light is on. Dominic called me to say it was not because of the recall, that it must be another problem and it will cost me money to fix it. How can he determine this over the phone. He was very clear it had nothing to do with the installation of the new airbag. What??? the light just came on by coincidence minutes after they changed the part?? what a moron. I am going to speak with the director Mr. Routier UPDATE: I spoke to Marc Chartrand, director of service and he agreed with me that the air bag light should not be on following the installation of the new one. We made an appointment for next week. He also agreed with me that Dominic's assessment of the situation over the phone was incorrect and he should not have jumped to conclusions about the problem. More
