February 4-2016 I come to trade in my Chrysler 300C/2008 for the Grand Cherokee Overland with the balance adjusted up to $40,000. The sale team cancelled 3 times since the car I agreed (deposit $500} to buy has been sold to someone. ????? I deposited for the car and sold to someone else?????? 3 times??????. IT WAS VERY BAD. No one in sale called me to lets me know in the 3 events, only I called to find out. They were really wasting my time from Feb 4 to Feb 12-2016. After I bought my Fiat 500C, I went there to change the horn because the soud is too weak. I asked for an italian Fiamm Nautilus. Nobody knows what I talking about.
