We were able to hammer out the details quickly and painlessly, and Kentaro was very willing to go at bat for us on pricing to help us stay within our budget. Kentaro was also able to get us a preferred (non-personalized) license plate number by being very patient with both us and the Ministry, at no extra charge. More importantly, with Kentaro, there are no games or sales pressure to close a deal, and we truly appreciated that after visiting several (Honda, Mazda, Toyota) dealerships. We give Kentaro our highest recommendation without reservation and would recommend him to family and friends. We also hope he'll still be there when we need to replace our aging Toyota Highlander in a couple of years!
