My service advisor is Gurneet. He is absolutely wonderful. He could not be any better. I have never experienced a technician with this extreme level of dedication , knowledge and customer service. He will get to the root of your rattles and fix them. I’ve had 9 Toyotas since 1986 and a couple other makes before that and he is the most dedicated and customer friendly tech I’ve ever met. Gurneet and Lamar are a wonderful pair. I finally convinced my in-laws to buy Toyota and they bought a 2018 Limited Hybrid RAV4 from Antonio (Tony) Polera. I was there upon my in-laws request and remember Tony being very kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. So I made an appointment for my son and I with Tony. As remembered, he was very kind, friendly, funny, professional and knowledgeable. My son and I took a Rav4 for a test drive and my son ordered a 2023 grey Rav4. Tony then introduced us to the sales manager Kal Rais and finance manager Daniel Zlatkine. As Tony, Kal and Daniel were kind and professional and NEVER pushy. They provided information, listened to us and were respectful. As this was a special moment for my son and I (my son’s first every vehicle and joining the Toyota family), I am so grateful that Tony, Kal and Daniel made this buying experience an excellent one. As a joke, trying to trick family and friends into thinking my son bought the beautiful Supra, Tony suggested a photo to send to my in-laws and others. About 50% of the people it was sent to believed it! Oh and my son sat in the new Tundra with the updated multimedia display and he fell in love with that truck. I wanted to lease a new car. After a 1000 CAD deposit. I spent almost one hour doing the application with them, they told me they would contact me in two days to confirm or to no After a 1000 CAD deposit. They didn't reach out for over 4 weeks and when I wrote the salesman inquiring on the status, he just replied "sorry I will have to give your deposit back". After reaching out to the admin/finance, they gave me some bs excuse about how Toyota Canada didn't approve the sale because my business is auto related (I sell used tractor truck parts). I understand if Toyota Canada didn't approve the lease, but that is no way of treating people. More
