He brought out an executive driven low mileage 2017 Genesis 80, spent a lot of time demonstrating it's features in the lot and on a couple of drives, and sat with me to work out a very satisfactory deal with my trade in. Very Bad Customer Experience Such a bad experience at the dealership. You get in there for the 1st time and there is literally no one to assist you until you ask for help. The manager, I don’t even remember the name correctly. I think it was “Ceaser” I guess calls me and tells me if I want the car at the negotiated price, I must return to the dealership on the very same day ( it was a snow storm in that day ). IMAGINE!! How can someone be so unprofessional and inhuman to say that. Once the deal was done. There wasn’t even a word of Thanks from his mouth. On top of that if I am late by a few minutes due to bad weather, I was given a big lecture on the importance of their Finance Manager’s time. I wanted to rate it 1 star. But only because of David I am giving it a 2 star rating. More
