The service agent, Kong, greeted me at the door and was very friendly. After advising me that the new replacement remote would not be able to be programmed, Kong was able to repair my older remote. Betrayed by salesman Downtown Ford on Richmond-I honestly feel betrayed, I had to walk away from a Ford Escape after I gave them a deposit.
