Recently Purchased 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited My wife and I decided to replace one of our cars and decided it was going to be either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or a Nissan Murano. After visiting both Avenue Rd Nissan and Toronto Downtown Chrysler we decided on the Jeep. I would say one of the deciding factors was the honesty and knowledge of James Nickel. When we went to the Nissan dealership not sure if they even cared we were there. Would have thought they may have been a little more attentive since we already have 3 Nissans (Titan, Murano, Rogue). To be honest buying a car is trying at best but I have to admit the approach of Toronto Downtown Chrysler was a pleasant experience. Through the process I also dealt with Daniel Camilo and Charles Gordon and they were both easy to deal with. Personally I wanted a dealership that understands customer service from selling the car right through to service and I think Downtown Chrysler is on the right track. I have now had the new car for three days and I just received a call from James asking how everything was, did I have any questions and again personally thank me for buying a car from him. Probably bought at least 15 cars over the years and that was the first call I ever received from the salesman.Nice to see. We will be trading in another car within the next year and if can find what we are looking for in a Chrysler product we will definitely go back and deal with James and the Downtown Chrysler Team. More

Horrible Service I will not be bring my car back for two specific reasons: 1. My wife had to walk to work from the dealership because reception could not find the drivers. The temperature this morning (January 5, 2016) was -11 degrees without the wind chill. Very poor service! 2. Alan (service advisor) explained to my wife the last time she was at the dealership that we needed to bring our 2014 Wrangler Unlimited back to have the rear brakes replaced at 40 kms, really? As stated earlier, my wife did take it in however, when my wife arrived at the dealership she was asked by Alan if we were bringing it for the 40,000 kms service. My wife stated that we were bringing back as instructed but Alan didn't remember. Later this morning Alan called back asking for permission to change the diff oil and cabin air filter, really? That is not why we brought it in so we have cancelled the work and have decided to take it somewhere else. In closing, I was surpised when I called Alan to request no to complete the work they didn't even care that I was willing to take it to somewhere else. Make sure you are taking your vehicle somewhere where they appreciate your business. David, I appreciate that you are open to discussing the issue but it is my belief that had your staff wanted or valued our business it would have never have gone this far. I thank you for making the effort but the damage is done. More

worst experience at a dealership Even a star is too much for this gentleman. I went in today to look at the car and options that i'm offered by a fleet. I was refused to see anything and Richard's excuse was that it's because i'm not gonna buy it from them eventually. He said "he's not going to waste his sales reps time to show me the car" - I was the only one present there, no other customers were there. I kept saying that i just wanted to see what options i have and take a look at the extras i can add. My company fleet has a list of cars i can get and 2 that was originally of my interests were Ford and the Jeep Cheroke. I had no problems at Ford dealership. They showed me all the options where as the Richard wouldn't even let me see a model. i mean how can one buy a car without seeing it first. I can't believe he's got a GSM role in that dealership. Such a shame. i would not recommend him at all. More
