The Purchase of My 2016 Jeep Renegade I was still in the process of evaluating my options and seeing what is currently in the market. I had already done my research on the Renegade and it I was still in the process of evaluating my options and seeing what is currently in the market. I had already done my research on the Renegade and it was definitely the frontrunner of the bunch and I was fairly confident that I would be making a purchase just not so soon. All that changed when I worked with the team at the Chrysler dealership. My salesperson was Maegan, and although she was new, she did a great job and was patient with me and my many questions. We spent a couple of hours in person and after that we had many phone calls to negotiate the details. Maegan went out of her way to cancel her personal plans and work while she was sick to meet with me or answer my questions. Maegan helped outline my available options and she did her best to get the best deal possible for me. Thank you Maegan. My financing person was Michaela. Michaela was also new but I would not have known had she not mentioned it. Recently Purchased 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited My wife and I decided to replace one of our cars and decided it was going to be either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or a Nissan Murano. After visiting both My wife and I decided to replace one of our cars and decided it was going to be either a Jeep Grand Cherokee or a Nissan Murano. After visiting both Avenue Rd Nissan and Toronto Downtown Chrysler we decided on the Jeep. I would say one of the deciding factors was the honesty and knowledge of James Nickel. When we went to the Nissan dealership not sure if they even cared we were there. Would have thought they may have been a little more attentive since we already have 3 Nissans (Titan, Murano, Rogue). To be honest buying a car is trying at best but I have to admit the approach of Toronto Downtown Chrysler was a pleasant experience. Through the process I also dealt with Daniel Camilo and Charles Gordon and they were both easy to deal with. Personally I wanted a dealership that understands customer service from selling the car right through to service and I think Downtown Chrysler is on the right track. I have now had the new car for three days and I just received a call from James asking how everything was, did I have any questions and again personally thank me for buying a car from him. Probably bought at least 15 cars over the years and that was the first call I ever received from the salesman.Nice to see. We will be trading in another car within the next year and if can find what we are looking for in a Chrysler product we will definitely go back and deal with James and the Downtown Chrysler Team. More
