My experience went from noticing a vehicle on the front lot to having an agreement in principle within 30mins. Then the typical insurance, and other things came into play that stretched it a few days but I always felt that the Jeep team was working for me and not against me. They listened to my needs and provided solutions. I work downtown but do not live there, they even went out of there way to courier same day some paperwork so as to not inconvenient me. Coincidentally I have purchased a 2nd vehicle at the exact time from what others would call a 'higher end' manufacturer, and I have only received 1 call from them compared to the 4 from this dealership just to see how things were going. More

Quick and efficient service I wasn't looking for a new vehicle as I'd just bought a vehicle the year before. I was at the dealership to get my tires changed back after winter. The salesperson was very pushy but unoffensive , at first I was a little overwhelmed as I felt it wasn't me who was making the decision to buy but the decision of the salesperson. I needed to go away and weigh the pros and cons . Once I made the decision, everything happened quickly and efficiently and I didn't really have anything to deal with, the dealership did the leg work. The financial manager Karla, was very understanding of my need to take time to make a decision and was a great help throughout the whole process. Any questions I had were answered in a manner that I chose to believe was honest and upfront. This is the second time I've bought a vehicle from this dealership and I would highly recommend them. I got a really poor trade in deal and wish I had sold it at another dealership who would have given my $4,000.00 more . I'm not sure who did the estimate on my (1 year old patriot) with just 8,000 Kms. but it was a really awful deal. Will definitely go elsewhere to sell this new Jeep , when trading it in, but will probably go back to this dealership to buy again. More
