I had a great experience back then, so they were the obvious choice when i was looking for a Jeep. They didn't disappoint! The staff was very courteous and helpful. Mitch and Michaela was on top of things to make sure all the t's are crossed. But more importantly thank you to Lois Mackay who represented the company in a very professional manner, she really listened to me and delivered the truck what i wanted! My experience exceeded my expectations in terms of follow up, fri I recently leased a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Lois Mackay and Toronto Chrysler. My experience exceeded my expectations in terms of follow up, friendly service, communication and most importantly, delivering on what was promised. Because I was selling my old car to the dealer and leasing a new one -which had to be factory ordered, I was certain something would fall between the cracks. Quite the opposite. In fact, my car came in 5 days earlier than originally projected and was ready to be put on the road sooner than I thought. My delivery appointment was smooth as Mitch in finance walked me thought the paperwork and accurately answered every question that I had and Rob, the dealer's general manager was on hand to walk me though a few features as well. All in all a very positive experience. Thank you. More
