2016 Hydro Blue Willy's Wheeler Unlimited Both Lois and Mitch were responsive to questions by email. Started with Mitch as I initially was looking at an onsite JKU. But transitioned to Lois w Both Lois and Mitch were responsive to questions by email. Started with Mitch as I initially was looking at an onsite JKU. But transitioned to Lois when it became apparent that factory order was the only way to get my Jeep with the side-seat air bags. I gave one star less for customer service and price as there were a few hiccups / miss communications on extended warranty and inspecting/documenting a small ding on the interior finish. Shiraz was patient and explained the limitations when I tried to dropped off the Jeep on the weekend for warranty inspection. Dean was helpful in ensuring the keys were given to Lois when I returned again during her lunch time to drop off the Jeep. Overall, I am happy with Toronto Chrysler's fast response to issues. I look forward to working with the service department over the next several years to maintain my Willy's Wrangler. More
