two great car buying experiences I recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee Summit. This is my second purchase with Toronto Chrysler Dodge Jeep, the previous being a Grand Cherokee 201 I recently purchased a new Grand Cherokee Summit. This is my second purchase with Toronto Chrysler Dodge Jeep, the previous being a Grand Cherokee 2011 Overland Edition. On both occasions, over the 4 year period I dealt with A.J Jafari, and as with all my interactions with this dealership, I am always pleased with the level of professionalism and service. This team goes over and above to meet your requirements. On both my transaction I traded in a vehicle and on both occasions I was treated respectfully with regards to the trade in value and conditions, and I always felt the transaction was fair. I felt that A.J was actually working for me and helping me feel comfortable with the sales transaction. Buying an expensive car is not easy, and A.J works with you to explain all options and costing. As a little anecdote, on my recent purchase of the Summit, the transaction took place over 2 days, and there was a miscommunication about the final price and transaction details at the time of signing the papers. When I pointed this out they did not hesitate to acknowledge the error, but more importantly they honored the price they had committed to me a day earlier. This was not an insignificant amount and I was the beneficiary of their honesty and integrity. My experiences with this dealership are all positive and this sentiment also extends to the service department who are very professional and courteous. I have all my cars serviced at the dealer. Great Customer Service I was very pleased with the customer service at this location. They met my financing needs and my car was ready for pick up the next Day!!! Also provided me with shuttle there and back from work. They also gave me a great deal for my tints and was ready for pick up again on the same day and with shuttle service. The sales rep Walid and sales manager Charles Gordon really went out of their way to take care of me. AJ exemplifies what a professional and honest sales person is. Both my wife and I were immediately comfortable with him from our first visit. He followed up with us in a professional manner and never made us feel pressured to an uncomfortable level like so many other dealer sales reps we met made us feel. He was also incredibly tolerant and understanding of our constraints and lack of time having a 10 month old child with us. He even came in on his day off for delivery as it worked better with our schedule. In our opinion, AJ is what all other automotive sales people should aspire to be like. Daniel's interactions with us only put us more at ease with our purchase decision. He followed up on the progress with the vehicle and made sure we were aware of all other details. Lazy, brutal, unreal experience Bought a new truck ($53,000) and then they towed my car in their lot without even telling me and it cost our family with three young kids $500 to get Bought a new truck ($53,000) and then they towed my car in their lot without even telling me and it cost our family with three young kids $500 to get it back. Worst service / experience I have ever had. I would never recommend going there for anything. James Nickel (sales guy) just wanted a sale and the dealer (GM) Rob Weber took no responsibility and actually blamed our family for what happened. These guys are shameless and would not know what "service" was if they ran over it. I would drive 20 minutes to another dealer to get a car or for service, as they are clearly out to screw people and refuse to accept responsibility for their own actions (or lack of actions). James harassed me for 8 months and called me and emailed me over and over and over again (40 + times). Finally I bought the truck and then he and his crew towed my car out of their lot, that I was planning to resell through them with not one email, text or phone conversation from James or anyone at the dealership to say they were going to tow it. Is a $53,000 client not worth a phone call after the sale is made? Anything for a quick buck, but no responsibility on their end for not even reaching out. I wanted to escalate the complaint and was told that I could not. These guys are unreal, shameless and will do anything for a buck but will then toss you aside. Our family and friends will never use these people and this dealership for anything ever again. BUYER BEWARE. I would have put ZERO stars - but this website won't let me:) More
