The buying process was seemless Im a former Cherokee Sport driver and wanted to get back into a Jeep. The Patriot was an affordable option. I had done a considerable amount of research, I went to another dealership to look at a vehicle and was not impressed with the level of customer service I recieved (the saleman underestimated how much knowledge and research I as the consumer had done). I Found my Patriot online on the Dealership website and sent in a request for a trade appraisal. I recieved an email from Mitch the next morning. We retuned emails back and forth during the day. Ensuring the vehicle I was interested in was available I arranged to go see it that evening. Mitch told me to ask for him or Lois when I arrived at the dealership. I met Mitch who in turn introduced me to Lois. She took me For a test drive, Lois was very knowledgable about the vehicle options and specifications. If she wasn't sure she didnt pretend to know, when we returned to the dealership Mitch and I went thru the numbers. I got a very fair price for my trade and for the Patriot and subsequently picked up my Jeep two days later at which point Lois went thru all the features of the vehicle and set up my phone on the radio for me. The process was seemless and very efficient. I have spent more time buying shoes. Lois checked in with me a few days later to ensure all was well with my Jeep. The customer service was great. I highly recommend dealing with Mitch and Lois, she was lovely to deal with and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them and the dealership. More
