Stay away!!! Rip Off Artists at this Stealership Back in March I brought my 2013 Ram in for an oil change. I was informed by Vish who is the service advisor that at 50,000 Kms Rams need to have a tra Back in March I brought my 2013 Ram in for an oil change. I was informed by Vish who is the service advisor that at 50,000 Kms Rams need to have a transmission service and a 4wd service. This sounds weird to me but I go along instead of reading the manual. This was all false and after I paid close to $600 I did more research. The fact is is that this service was not needed as it states in the owners manual. Those services are to be done at 96,000 Kms, not 50,000. I called and spoke to the Service Manager yesterday and he basically said there is nothing he can do. He said Toronto Chrysler has different service intervals than Chrysler Canada. How the xxxx is that possible? Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. Call Islington Chrysler and ask for Calvin in service. More

Great experience all boxes ticked I'd been in the market for a new vehicle for a while. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% finance, I was sidetracked at work and almost forgot the ex I'd been in the market for a new vehicle for a while. I wanted to take advantage of the 0% finance, I was sidetracked at work and almost forgot the expiry date of the offer. I came in around 4:00 pm and by 6:00 pm my new purchase was signed sealed. I explained what I needed and what I wanted and how I wanted to pay. Janett was thorough in ensuring all my needs were met, once I chose the right vehicle all the many different components and gizmos were explained. I also wanted to part exchange my previous vehicle, a fair exchange was given. I was supposed to pick up my new brand new Jeep on Saturday, I was delighted to be informed I could take me new vehicle with two hours of dropping off my trade in (Wednesday).
