Lois immediately struck us as genuine, honest, and caring. While I had done a considerable amount of research prior to meeting with her, I had a number questions which Lois answered candidly and clearly. Prior to making a final decision about the purchase of our vehicle, my husband and I shopped around and contacted a number of dealerships. Despite this, we did not experience any pressure or push-back from Lois or any others at Toronto Chrysler. AMAZING dealership It is ironic that the excitement of buying a new car is usually met with stress and annoyance when having to actually sit down and make the purchase. My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a new wrangler and unfortunately it took us 5 bad Chrysler dealership experiences to finally walk into Toronto Chrysler and have the BEST experience ever! From the moment we entered the door I felt instantly at ease. Mitch (the manager) and Nick (the sales associate) went above and beyond to make the experience EASY! They listened to exactly what we wanted (yup we've done this before 5 times) and didn't beat around the bush with tactics to try to boost up the price. They were efficent, no long 1 hour waits to tell us they couldn't do the deal we wanted and they were aware of their product. Mitch and Nick were completely on the ball and you can tell they were passionate about their cars. They knew all the little nuisances of which model comes standard with what. The whole process went smoothly and a brand new Willys wrangler was delivered in 5 weeks with absolutely no problems along the way. I still need to pinch myself to make sure this wasn't a dream. After dealing with such terrible service from other dealerships (lies, scams and mistakes) this seemed too easy! I will never go to another Chrysler dealership again! I would 110% recommend this place to anyone whose looking to buy a Chrysler car. More
