Mrs. Lewis’ vehicle was unfortunately involved in an accident due to another driver on our city roads making an illegal left turn which hit her Nissan Rogue. We attempted to work with Mrs. Lewis regarding the accident. However, after her initial visit to us, Mrs. Lewis refused to answer phone calls, answer emails and reply to text messages (all which has been documented). Mrs. Lewis in particular ignored calls and emails from Carlos Baptista who had been offering his assistance throughout as an act of customer service, not because he had to but because he wanted to help resolve the situation. Mrs. Lewis refused to accept that as per the law, no-fault accidents must be reported to an insurance company by the owner of the vehicle. Mrs. Lewis also refused to accept that insurance is only attached to a vehicle, not a person or company. We were not permitted by law to make any claim for her vehicle as we were not the owner of the vehicle. Mrs. Lewis did not make any calls to her insurance company to report the accident to begin a resolution. Her insurance company eventually was the one to make contact with her a month later. Mrs. Lewis was never out of pocket for the accident repair that occurred. Her insurance company agreed to fully repair the vehicle. Mrs. Lewis has unfortunately decided to issue false statements about what happened instead of engaging with us to find a solution as we had offered her from the beginning.

Carlos, please state the resolution you offered? Please tell me what form of customer service you extended? You never reached out to me at any point. I am the one who went to the office, I am the one who has called. Carlos, prove me wrong. Upload copies of your emails, phone calls as you claim to have used to communicate with me. The accident was reported to my insurance immediately. No resolution was given by Carlos. Provide your documents to prove any statement I made is false. Stop been a LIAR. At what given time did you reach out to me? Why did you tow my vehicle from the scene of the accident without calling the police? You put me as the driver of the vehicle on the collision reporting document at the time if the accident. That is FRAUD!!! Take responsibility for your actions. I uploaded my documents and evidence, why don't you do the same to contradict my statements? You can't because you have nothing to show differently only word of mouth for a manager who has been in business for over 40 years. You put Ali to bear all the shame! You even tried to make me take responsibility for an accident I was never involved in by telling me and driving me to the collision reporting centre to make the report because I am the owner. You are correct, I am the owner, but not the driver at the time of the accident. You are FRAUD!!!! What goes around comes around!!!! WHOEVER HAS TAKEN THE TIME TO WRITE AND SHARE SO MUCH FALSE INFORMATION TO TRY AND MAKE YOURSELF LOOK GOOD, WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE LYING AND HIDING BEHIND YOUR FRAUDULENT WRITING, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF!!! One day KARMA will sting you!!! You are disgusting!!!! I am not ashamed to identify myself. Why don't you do the same? I dare you can't because you know within yourself you are dishonest about the situation and your response is FRAUD!!!! Carlos, how do you sleep at nights...you must be sleeping with a troubled heart over the ways in which you treat people. You are wicked and heartless!!!! You are CALLOUS!!!! You tried to BULLY me by sending me a letter CC'd to your Barrister. My tears will never go unnoticed by GOD! This van should never be returned to me with the damage it sustained. When do you take responsibility? I gave you my van to be serviced and you returned it to me at such a great loss. There was not even a scratch on it when you got it, but returned it with over $7000 in damage. Do you think if you offered me a resolution, I would of walked away as you claimed? Carlos, stop and think of your hideous actions towards me, a single mother. What you don't like for yourself, don't do it to another person, ME.

Hi Marjan, Thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. We're sorry that we couldn't make it work for you, however, your review of your experience isn't accurate. (To anyone else reading, Marjan came in to purchase a Ram 1500 TRX, and anyone who has tried to purchase one knows that they are not readily available. They can take many months to get one because of the short supply and high demand.) We explain to every customer that it will take a few months or more to get the truck, and after only 3 weeks you were calling us and asking where your truck was. By chance, we had a TRX arrive that was similar to the one you ordered and because of your pushing we asked our other customer if they would mind to wait for yours and allow you to have theirs. They were in no rush and allowed us to offer this to you. We thought this would make you very happy but surprisingly you took this opportunity to try to renegotiate the deal we made. We did not ask a penny more then what we agreed to, but you (for some reason) thought it was ok to ask for a 4,000 price reduction. Obviously we did not accept and offered you a refund. Since you gave your deposit with a credit card, we would only process the refund back to that same card. Otherwise, we are paying the credit card companies 3% processing fee ($150) to give you back your deposit. We did not want to pay $150 to give you the deposit back after making a deal with you, bending over backwards to make you happy, only to have you try to renegotiate the deal.
