I like the convenience of Downsview Chrysler and I have no problem with their service department contrary to other reviews I read, what people need to understand is that when you go in for your scheduled oil changes or warranty work you have to have some patience the folks in service at times are very busy and we as customers need to understand that., my hat goes off to Sandro in service and I personally like dealing with him, he does his best to get you out the door and on your way. If you are looking to buy a Chrysler I suggest you go directly to Ben and let him work out the deal you want, you certainly won't get the runaround like you do at other dealerships as Ben will make sure his pencil's sharpened and get you pricing and if you need proper financing withy very reasonable rates, my own bank can't give me rates as good as Downsview Chrysler. Shout out as well to Gerry in the body shop who has treated me great over the past especially when I hit the deer in Alberta with my brand new Journey while driving across Canada a couple of years ago.
