Trustworthy... The Only Place to Buy a Chrysler Product I have dealt with a number of Chrysler dealerships in the past only to end up disappointed and empty handed. In some instances, the sales agent would I have dealt with a number of Chrysler dealerships in the past only to end up disappointed and empty handed. In some instances, the sales agent would blatantly lie to my face regarding discount pricing and how it's applied (i.e. I was told they could not apply both partner pricing & manufactures discounts on a sale, it was either one or the other). Even more disturbing, a dealership once kept my $1000 deposit despite multiple requests to reimburse the funds. It was very frustrating, and I was convinced I would never buy a Chrysler vehicle... But then I decided to drop by Downsview. In my opinion, Chrysler should give credit to those at Downsview as they salvaged what little confidence I had left in the brand. The team managed to restore the damage that was done by providing by far the most superior customer service I've experienced at any Chrysler dealership. It was the only dealership that made me feel extremely valued instead of someone they wanted to take advantage of. They were very open and upfront with pricing and took the time to address all my questions and concerns prior to me signing on the dotted line. Despite the fact that it was my first time dealing with Downsview, they made me feel like I was a long time customer and handled my every request with white gloves. In a nutshell, Downview has redeemed the Chrysler brand in my eyes. My advice to those thinking of purchasing a Chrysler product: Don't waste time with other dealerships, just go straight to Downsview. More
