Moshe was extremely helpful to narrow my search to Dodge Journey. He was very knowledgeable and absolutely not pushy. I was in a dealership for 4 hours before signing the papers. Eli and Mosh as well as other employees (that come to talk to me) made me feel like part of the family. I received car about 5 days later and needed some adjustments. Eli worked with me to get an extra things delivered without a hassle. Overall I can say with whole honesty that this dealership deserves not 5 but 100 STARS. YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST! I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and it is always a stress free and seamless event. This time I was looking for a Jeep Cherokee but the one I wanted did not match my budget. From then on my mind kept changing from vehicle to vehicle. Peter Groberman patiently worked with me, always relaxed and never pushy. Peter promised to find me something that would meet all of my needs. He kept in touch with me faithfully reminding me that he was looking and not to worry. After about 2 weeks he called me in and told me he had found a vehicle that I couldn't refuse. He was right. He found me the most beautiful Chrysler 300 C Hemi that I couldn't resist. The colour was perfect, the interior was perfect, the financing was perfect. It was a done deal! AMAZING EXPERIENCE Two weeks ago I was shopping for a vehicle and shopping for any vehicle is never a great experience for me. Last Saturday I visited Downsview Chrysler Two weeks ago I was shopping for a vehicle and shopping for any vehicle is never a great experience for me. Last Saturday I visited Downsview Chrysler and I met a salesman by the name of Sammy Amer, and he was a very calm and through all the process a smile never left his face to the point that I felt like I knew him for a long time. My visit to Downsview Chrysler was to collect some information, but after I had this experience with this salesperson I was convinced from my past experience that this the right person that I should purchase my car from. At the end of process I found myself as the proud owner of a brand new Jeep. Sammy took me for a short tour of the dealership and I was very impressed of the facilities and the services.
