I have leased three vehicles from Donway Ford over the years. Recently the brake light came on for my newly leased Ford Echosport. I scheduled an appointment for 9:15 on June 8th. IT DID NOT GO WELL. After three hours with no update on my vehicle I found that my service call, obviously low on your priority list, had not yet begun. Car still not in for service, no update provided, no explanation of the delay. The manager and staff disorganized and discourteous and unhelpful. More

When our new SUV arrived, the vehicle switch and pick-up of the new SUV was a breeze.
