I bought three consecutive vehicles from them, all three I purchased maintenance contracts which were expensive. They still ripped me off mercilessly as soon as warranty was up on my last vehicle. I had a bad experience today at Donway Ford Sales Department. I wish I could give 0 stars. I put a $3000 deposit on a car on Saturday. Today, Tuesday, I came in to value my trade-in, and they said t Department. I wish I could give 0 stars. I put a $3000 deposit on a car on Saturday. Today, Tuesday, I came in to value my trade-in, and they said they sold the car I put the deposit on. They asked me to upgrade to a more expensive package. I said ok. They then sat me for over an hour, where I was able to think about how small the 3rd row is. I was honest and said I couldn't take the car because the back row is too small for my family. They then said they have to decide if I'm going to get my deposit back or not. They sold the car I deposited on. I never signed anything for the upgraded car they said I could take instead. They claim I have to pay for the phone call they made to arrange a car that I didn't want. Not to mention, they deliberately low balled my trade-in. I've been their service customer for over 5 years. I have owned 6 previous Ford vehicles in my life. My family has purchased vehicles from Donway prior to an ownership change. Is thus how they expect me to want to come back and buy another car from them? I'm willing to name names. I should be given my deposit back. This is predatory behavior. Very unhappy. I'm planning on telling everyone about them. BOO ON DONWAY FORD!!! I am asking you to make this right ASAP. More
