Stay away! Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else Let me just start by saying that there is absolutely no reason to take your car to a dealership for repair unless it's a warranty repair. They will ga Let me just start by saying that there is absolutely no reason to take your car to a dealership for repair unless it's a warranty repair. They will gauge you every chance they get. Just do a quick google search and you will find the parts at less than half the cost this or any dealer will charge you. Then take them to your local neighborhood mechanic and get the them installed. Not only will they do a better job, the labor charge will be significantly less. My latest experience I knew exactly what the problem was when I took my car there, I even provided them the Technical Service Bulletin outlining the problem and instructions on how to repair. I had them confirm what I would not be charged their nonsense diagnostic fee. Later that day I had not heard back, because they forgot to call me. So when I had to call them they apologized for their mishap and then proceed to try and make things better by trying to do $1000 worth of service that by rights should be costing $500. I guess they forgot I actually had the service bulletin that outlined the repair would take 1.5 hours and wanted to bill for 4 hours of service time. To top things off they refused to wave the diagnostic fee. So after telling them not to touch my car for second more, it cost me $125 to find out what I already knew. The lesson is that you have no reason to be giving these people your money. More

Should confirm your service appointment before you go I had an appointment this morning for recall service 60C113(R0127) - "Vehicles may exhibit an issue with the control of levels of Oxides of Nitrogen i I had an appointment this morning for recall service 60C113(R0127) - "Vehicles may exhibit an issue with the control of levels of Oxides of Nitrogen in their exhaust exceeding allowable limits". When I arrived, the service rep told me that my appointment was cancelled and that Hyundai would issue another recall in 2 weeks to replace the one that I have. The service reps did not inform me of the cancellation in any way, despite scheduling an appointment for this recall service, meaning I wasted time and gasoline for no reason! They should have contacted me beforehand to notify me of the cancellation, instead of me showing up only to get turned away the day of. As a result, I had to re-plan my day and reschedule many things. What kind of customer service is this? No communication whatsoever! More

Poor customer service I have 3 Hyundai's, they treat you like royalty when you are there to purchase but watch out when you are ready to buy out your lease. It's not Hyundai's fee it's strictly the dealerships. The guy I had to speak to speaks down to woman, disgusted. I'm done with this place & their product. More
