I almost accidentally wrote another review here. My wife and I both drive Hyundai from other dealers. Hyundai Canada is having a fundraiser event this weekend, and at the bottom was DVN Hyundai. That instantly brought back bad memories of this dealership. Awful awful experience. I still suspect its because we both have baby faces and look like we are still in high school or university. Just as a quick update. We ended up calling every dealer uptown for quotes for the Elantra GT. A few of them were very quick and responsive in providing a quote and patient in talking it out over the phone. So there are a few very good dealers out there. Ended up getting the car from the dealer that we felt most comfortable with meaning in terms of not forcing sales, responsiveness and providing a price we were comfortable with. The dealer is halfway across the city, but well worth our effort to go that far after visiting the dealership in person.
