Excellent customer service! I just received my genesis coupe and I’m very happy with my purchase as well as how simple DVNHyundai made the entire process. The sales consultant I I just received my genesis coupe and I’m very happy with my purchase as well as how simple DVNHyundai made the entire process. The sales consultant I had (Sinthu) was knowledgable, friendly and dedicated. My car was delayed for a little bit but the dealership was in constant contact with me by phone and email to update me on the status. I’m very happy with my new ride and I look forward to high quality service in the shop for years to come. Oh and Platinum Plus discount card you receive will save you a load of cash at local shops and restaurants. More

He has a I went to the dealership on July 18th because I want to check out the Elantra promotion. William has been very helpful from beginning to end. He has all my questions answered and was able to get me a decent price. Due to the high demand I gave him a couple of colours to search. It was tough getting the car due to the promotion and it took him quite a few days to check the availability, but he kept me informed of the situation whenever he could and when the vehicle was sold out he tried to get me a good deal on the newer model even before the Hyundai Canada rolled out an even better deal. Understanding it is a sales business it is no surprise the dealership will try to get your money, but having an employee who follows up and keep you in the loop of the situation puts your mind at ease. Well done William and I would definitely recommend you to others. More
Loyalty means nothing to them This brand was one of my foremost trusted companies and one I even spoke highly of! Thinking to myself all the time that they will be as loyal to me a This brand was one of my foremost trusted companies and one I even spoke highly of! Thinking to myself all the time that they will be as loyal to me as I am to them, but thats not the case. To them I was only another customer with another car. For that being said, the foreman at the shop in service will always want to not make his own judgment with not customer consultation with the owner of the vehicle at all. Being a customer for the over 5 years, and owning multiple of their products from the dealership doesn't make me a valuable customer at all. When I had mechanical issue that was truly manufacturing defect, they've turned me away with not second thought and based the outcome of judgement on my tires ware and tare. Bottom line they were telling me that I shouldn't be driving my vehicle as a sports car while it is under the luxury sport category and perhaps just don't drive it as what it was advertise to be at all. They've blame me for not taking caution and abused the vehicle. Let me get one thing straight, I've owned 3 of the same vehicle that is older then this one by at least 3years and it outlasted the newer and better model? Doesn't really add up right? So no warranty and any solutions were suggested and did nothing to even try to help me out as well. Then again I see this is how they've lost all their best employees that actually cared about the customers and tried to help them out. Overall, my personal mechanic inspected that it was the OEM bolt that gave away and had nothing to do with suspension, tire ware, and definitely not from so called "abusive" driving. Differential mount snapped from the torque and also caused by over tightening the bolt from factory, because where it snapped and how it snapped was too clean and right by the contact of the differential and the mount itself. Therefore, this was an issue that was truly a manufactures defect and I just so happen to end up with this lemon they've missed at the plant, and coincidentally it just managed to break after a period of driving and related cause to tire ware. So my conclusion, is that the dealer give not thought into looking into further of my case and QC of the vehicle and just brushed me off and threw me away like I'm a lying customer trying to get free replacements. Loyalty was not given, and didn't care to hear my end of the story. Personally they have the worst reasons to level with customers and thinking that as a customer I know nothing with a prejudice opinion towards us. I'm pretty sure some of us has been around long enough to know how the automotive industry works, and some like myself are automotive enthusiasts extremists. It's been 8 months now, and they left me to deal with it myself and to me what good is the warranty then? Edwin, Cato, and Hyundai Customer Services, this is only the beginning of the haunting. More

They were firm on a invoice +9% and included non-mandatory wheel-lock and administration (499) and lied about them being mandatory. I wanted to walk out the door but they held onto my credit card and I had to threaten to call the police for them to give my credit card back. I had a much better experience Toronto Hyundai where they provided me with the standard invoice + 3% and no miscellaneous wheel lock and admin fees. More

Similar to a previous review read which was dated October 2014. These guys are keen on meeting targets. Blocked 1000 CAD in a jiffy on 24th June 2015. Financing deal didn't go through on the 26th and have still to see the reversal effected in my credit card balance as on date 1st July 2015. Are these guys for real?! I was told they have the right to retain the 1000 CAD as I didn't want to pursue further with joint ownership with my wife. Are these guys dealing in Canada or they think they are in some other part of the World where the consumer rights are not as strong as in Canada. Please wake up guys. If someone takes you to the cleaners the good work you claim to be doing since 1973 will be wiped out in a jiffy. PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS.......... More

I have been to Honda, I visited don valley north Hyundai on June 7th, 2015, and i think it was the best experience i had going into a car dealership. I have been to Honda, Ford, and Mazda, and i didnt even get a simple greeting from the staff. William Xian came right over and introduced himself and asked about our interests and even took us for a test drive in a 2015 Santa Fe Sport before getting into any money talks. He was very down to earth, professional, knowledgeable and not pushy at all - which is a nice change! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good smooth car buying experience. See u soon William. Thanks for everything. More

I bought a set of brake pads, got the home and went to instal them and they were damaged and apparently had already been mounted to a car. How I got these I'll never know. They won't take them back and in not so many words said that I had done this. They had every excuse under the sun and flat out refused to refund me my $93.13. I even spoke to the GM. So now they have lost a customer who bought 2 cars in one day there all over their incompetence for selling me damaged goods and refusing to refund $93!!!! They would rather loose future profit then give me my money back. I don't think I've ever been this disappointed in customer service before in my life! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! More

I wanted to test drive the sonata because I saw the good deal with the sonata at the time and was torn between the sonata and the elantra gt. Maybe it was my baby-face that he didnt think I would want to get that car. I did eventually get that car ... from a different dealership. last week my gf was in the market for a new car and we decided to give them another chance because the elantra was on our short list, and this dealership is at a convenient location for us. great experience if you like to walk into a dealerhip and do whatever you want to a car and not get pestered by sales people or care about what you do to the car. We were looking at the elantra gt, took a walk around a few times, took the back out, played around with the fold-up seats (took us a while to figure out how it works), sat in the car to look around at all the features while the trunk was open with the back piece on the floor, looked under the hood for a while. and absolutely nobody came by to even say hi or ask if we needed help .. what a joke finally, since my gf wanted to see the 2016 model, i had to call somebody over to help us. maybe if i drove my sonata closer then they could see i'm a hyundai fanboy and helped out a bit more .. maybe.
