Easy and relaxed I went into the dealership early may as I had been researching the Outlander. I was returning a VW involved with the emissions scandal, so I had no id I went into the dealership early may as I had been researching the Outlander. I was returning a VW involved with the emissions scandal, so I had no idea how long it was going to take until I could purchase a new car, Long and short of it was I just picked up the car beginning of August and Krzysztof was really helpful and patient through the whole process. Dealership seems very relaxed and everyone friendly. I would recommend this place! More

Don't buy a Mitsubishi The customer service is great when you buy a car, why wouldn't it be. The problem is after you buy the car and it starts having problems. When they have sold you a defective car, When i asked them why my car is staling they said " it's probably the interference of signals in my underground garage" are they serious? If this is "actually" the case give me my money back because i'm sure in the year 2017 there is a car manufacturer that doesn't have 1990 radio technology. Mitsubishi RVR is not a safe car to drive, especially when it shuts off and there's a recall notice stating your door may fly open and cause injury. What happens if my 1 year old is sitting in the back or the car shuts off when I'm driving and he gets hurt. Then what Mitsubishi? More
Recall and the cost to replace Upon taking my car in for a service and a recalled item, I was advised that in order for the recalled part to be replaced I would need to repair or re Upon taking my car in for a service and a recalled item, I was advised that in order for the recalled part to be replaced I would need to repair or replace a large list of items that would not be covered bY mitsubishi. It's not clear if these items need replacing because they are now longer working sufficiently or whether the dealer wants these items replaced in case they damage them during he recall replacement. Having a recall say that my car and passengers is at risk of personal injury/accident due to a mitsubishi faulty part then Advise me that it will cost up to $5000 to have the recalled part installed because of the other parts they want to replace is wrong. I can understand protecting ones business, however, ensuring the safety of your clients should be your priority. Instead this feels like a cash grab. More
