Service Michele is a wonderful addition to your team however when I was in this past Saturday for my service and new winter tires she was alone in a very hect Michele is a wonderful addition to your team however when I was in this past Saturday for my service and new winter tires she was alone in a very hectic department. Not once did I see her boss assist her in fact he was more of a hindrance. It was shameful and possibly a reflection on the smaller building and not enough help in important areas. Michele You rock! Not recommended I used to go to this dealership all the time. And I'm a huge Mitsu fanboy. I tried to get a safety certification done by them with a practically n I used to go to this dealership all the time. And I'm a huge Mitsu fanboy. I tried to get a safety certification done by them with a practically new Lancer that was serviced only 3 months prior. They told me it wasn't certifiable and showed me all the reasons why: 1. Windshield wipers (okay, sure no big deal a few bucks) 2. Brakes (one of the items serviced by Metrotown Mitsubishi, they first told me it was at 4mm (legally passable measurement), then changed explanation to uneven wear and went back and forth from saying it was "2-3 mm uneven wear" and then wrote in the report 4 mm 3. Tie rod (okay pretty important but when they showed me, there was no difference from either left or right, would work on someone who knew absolutely nothing about cars) 4. Of course if I got the tie rods done I would need alignment. (Starting to build up on this safety check bill eh?) 5. E-brake (adjusted also recently prior to safety). I get there are high standards from some places but that's just robbery. I got the car looked at elsewhere and passed no problem. Car is in excellent condition. I get there are high standards but come on... this was just robbery. I only go there for oil changes now and seek others for the work they recommend because more often than not, they recommend unnecessary work at unnecessary times. More

When you point to something done wrong they always have excuses. Never honest to costumers. This is unfortunately, the same at Markham Mitsubishi dealerships. So a in short: Mitsubishi makes good cars, but losing customers because of dealerships greed. More
