Nissan's name dragged through the mud We walked into this dealership around 530 pm - the only person that was friendly and welcoming was the Lady at Customer Service. The manager of Finan We walked into this dealership around 530 pm - the only person that was friendly and welcoming was the Lady at Customer Service. The manager of Finance, the sales rep and some other person who was to caught up in the way he looks we very rude and not welcoming at all. I cant believe that they made us wait 34 minutes with a child before sitting us in an office to talk about a vehicle. then 2 minutes in the Sales manager walks over and takes the sales rep saying that he has a delivery - PATHETIC!! you lost two deals in 34 minutes - or better yet -$75,000! More

Trifecta of lousy experience Close to home, had settled on a car, went in and negotiated a reasonable deal, put down deposit. Did the 'finance' thing, simply because it knocked Close to home, had settled on a car, went in and negotiated a reasonable deal, put down deposit. Did the 'finance' thing, simply because it knocked a $2500 off the price. Had to sit through a 'talk' by their 'finance manager'. It was so insanely bad ... simply trying to upsell everything possible, and the guy was an utter idiot. A couple of days later, they called back, saying they couldn't get the car, and would refund our deposit?!? Took less than 10 minutes to find the car we wanted, at another Toronto dealer. Called that dealer to confirm they had it on the lot. Called Direct Nissan with the info ... and they still weren't capable of making the deal. Finally, did my first scheduled maintenance with them. A day later, noticed oil stains on the driveway. The oil plug was a quarter turn from falling out! Avoid this dealership, at all costs, for both buying a car, or for service. More
