Bad Experience We have BAD EXPERIENCE from buying to service. Sales people are not truthful with all the necessary details the buyer should know. As a gesture they give me Prepaid Maintenance Oil & Filter for one year (two oil changes). Service department would not honor Free Pre-paid oil & filter change service due to a very minor technicality it expired. The service rep and the manager told me they cant do anything to waive this simple technicality because the system wont let them. I walked out on them. Brought my Rouge to Dixie Nissan today for oil and filter service. To my pleasant surprise the service rep told me i dont have to pay their System says my Prepaid service is still covered. DONT GO TO DIRECT NISSAN DEALERSHIP!!! More
Worst experience I’ve ever had The service department is the worse that I have ever dealt with. On multiple occasions I’ve had my 2017 Nissan qashqai in to look at the check engine The service department is the worse that I have ever dealt with. On multiple occasions I’ve had my 2017 Nissan qashqai in to look at the check engine light. Every time it has been the same code. First time they said it was nothing and reset my code and sent me on my way, 50 kms later code came back on. Took it back in they had it for like 20 minutes, said it was the catalytic Converter, had to wait over a month for the part. Meanwhile my car still has check engine light on they would not give me a rental. When part came in the installed it. I drove 50 kms and the check engine light came back on. I took it into them they said the mechanic did not reset my system and delete the code. So they did that and sent me on my way. 20 kms later check engine light came back on. Took it in they now know it’s an o2 sensor. Had to wait for the part for three weeks. Part came in they installed it. Sent me on my way. 20 kms later check engine light came on again. Took it back to them they reset my system told me it was nothing again. 20 kms later light came back on. Now it is another catilitic converter. Waited three weeks. They installed but could not finish the job because a temp sensor was seized into my old catylitic converter. Had to wait a week, now car is undrivable. Got a rental but nothing close to the same fuel consumption as my car and I had to pay for the extra insurance because they do not have loaners. Now I got the car back yesterday and now the front end is hitting something when I turn the wheel. So done with this car!!!! More
Bad customer service Visited Nissan Direct on April 7th 2018 4 pm with my family as we are very much interested in Rouge/Pathfinder, met the most unhelpful sales person ca Visited Nissan Direct on April 7th 2018 4 pm with my family as we are very much interested in Rouge/Pathfinder, met the most unhelpful sales person called Fraz who I would say was either new to the field (was consulting another person on many occasions), plain lazy or was customer profiling. On request for a test drive was told I had to complete 45 minute paper work, I firmly stated that the paper work usually follows vehicle selection, after consulting with a person Fraz agreed to a non highway test drive due to the assumption of highway traffic and he does not have time as he may get other customers, ( there were around 5 sales person with 0 customers at the time of my visit), on requesting to speak to the manager who I was told is Clyde, Fraz had to once again consult with another person after which I was told Clyde would be available only after 15 minutes. I left the showroom seeing the reluctance from Nissan Direct to provide customer service and visited Nissan Woodchester on the same day around 5 pm where I met Joe who was a breath of fresh air, he not only promptly took me on two highway test drives explaining the pros and cons of both vehicles but also responded to all questions in a truly professional and friendly manner, is a real asset to Woodchesters. If I do zoom on to Nissan I would have no hesitance to complete the deal with Joe at Nissan Woodchesters More

As for the other two items working as designed, non issue. Unbelievable. Stay away!!!! More

I have recently installed my winter tires, and noticed that both front seasonal tires have been worn out badly from the inner side.I also noticed that a plastic panel underneath my vehicle had not been secured in place, I took my worn out seasonal tires and my concerns to direct NISSAN on October 19th 2017 and spoke with service manager Naiel Mohammed. He told me that my wheels were indeed misaligned and tires were abnormally worn out. According to the manager, a wheel alignment was not completed following the coil spring replacement recall service and he was willing to give me a half price discount on a wheel alignment service. I took my vehicle to Woodchester Nissan, advisor told me the same thing as the other mechanic told me, wheel alignment must be done after spring coil replaced. I don't think I will go to this dealer again unless management has been changed More

Service/Repair I went in to have my regular service and to see what was wrong with my tire. I ended up having a nail in the side wall that couldn't be patched. I nee I went in to have my regular service and to see what was wrong with my tire. I ended up having a nail in the side wall that couldn't be patched. I needed to get new tires and they quoted me a price of about $240 per tire (not including installation). I decided to search around for a better deal so they put my spare tire on my SUV. I found a good deal on tires which included installation. I thought it included wheel alignment but as it turns out it included installation and wheel balancing. I live in Mississauga and the tire place was in Vaughan. So I went out there to get my tires done. About 10 minutes into my appointment, a technician came out to let me know that my rim from the tire that was replaced with a spare was not there in the car. I called Nissan and was placed on the first of several long holds. They finally confirmed that they indeed had my rim. They asked me for the address of where I was. I told them then I was out on hold just after I asked if they would be bringing it up to me. The girl seemed confused and said yes. When she came back in the line she asked if I could come in there with the 4th tire to get it put on. I was unhappy about this as it was a waste of time. I mean, who keeps a rim that would be needed to put a new tire on? I hadn't agreed to purchase tires with them. So I told the girl that I would be in the next day. She agreed. I asked when they opened and she informed me at 8 am. I informed her that I would not be paying for anything associated with the tire because of the lack of a rim. When I got there the next day at approximately 10:30, I waited as a customer service associate spoke with another customer about her daughter and her reading ability. When the customer saw I was waiting, she indicated to the associate to help me. However, the associate was well aware that I was there. She had seen me as soon as I walked in. When the associate finally helped me, she asked me for my keys and then asked me if I was aware of the costs associated with today. I told her there were to be no costs. They actually wanted me to pay $33 for my tire. I (mistakenly) thought the wheel alignment was included. I told her that no costs should be charged to me. They kept coming back and talking to me. To be honest, the associated there were trying their best to help me. The customer service manager however did not. He looked like he just couldn't be bothered to help me at all. I informed him of my situation and he brushed me off. He told me that yesterday I was informed that the tire would be put on and that was all. I accepted. I found it very offputting the way he spoke with me. I told him that it was really a waste of my time to have to deal with this. He didn't acknowledge this at all. I shouldn't have even had to come in there. In addition to this it took them about an hour to put on one tire and balance it. Another waste of time. At the end of everything, I asked if my spare tire was replaced and if my wheel lock was put back in my car. It is pretty sad that I felt the need to do that. I even checked when I got back to my car. I appreciate the help the ladies gave me. The service manager did not provide me with service at all. I usually go to another Nissan to get my car serviced. I live down the street from this one and decided to try it out and I would rather drive all the way to Etobicoke where the service department actually seems like they care. I understand that mistakes happen but this really was unnecessary. They tried to charge me money to fix their mistake and then the manager was - in my opinion - rude. I'll admit I was mistaken in thinking the wheel alignment was included when it was actually wheel balancing. But I would never think that a manager would be so cold and offputting and not try to acknowledge the small mistake that in my opinion ballooned into a bigger deal than it had to be. I'm not sure why they didn't deliver the rim to me. Not sure why they tried to charge me. Not sure why I felt like I was treated disrespectfully. But all in all, I will be avoiding having any service done at this Nissan. I've seen the responses for this website from Nissan questioning why the rating was giving the way it was. It is subjective and not everyone will see you on your best day but accept that sometimes the feeling you give to others is the reason for these scores. More
