Normally it is a harrowing time to buy a new car and go through normal displeasing antics by the sales staff It is our pleasure to write this review! Normally it is a harrowing time to buy a new car and go through normal displeasing antics by the sales staff at car dealership. Well, all that changed at Direct Nissan, Mississauga, ON. Our intention was to simply test drive the Nissan Rogue and come back later, if and only if, the dealer gave us a good deal. Otherwise we would walk away. However, the customer friendly atmosphere at the dealership along with excellent deal making capability of the Salesperson Jeffery Leek, ever smiling Sales Manager Clyde Monisse and very knowledgeable Finance Manager John Rehman enabled us to buy the Nissan Rogue SV right away. It was a pleasant buying experience with all staff adjusting to our budget, our need and our demands rather than the customary tactics that car dealership use to "get the customer"! It was a satisfying experience leasing new vehicle from them. We will test out their after sales service in the near future but we expect good reports even from that service area. We brought our Cube and the service advisor was very welcoming and got our car done in 30-35 minutes. Also while cashing us out another gentleman who was very pleasant to deal with asked us if they have any questions or concerns (Real professionalism ). Forced I visited the Direct Nissan dealership on Battleford Road, Mississauga on Saturday, August 30, 2014 with the simple intention of looking for a car. We I visited the Direct Nissan dealership on Battleford Road, Mississauga on Saturday, August 30, 2014 with the simple intention of looking for a car. We were interested in the2014 Nissan Rogue and were assisted by sales person Al Alam. Being that it was the last day before the Labour Day weekend, we were rushed into putting a deposit down for the vehicle. While speaking to someone named John about the extended warranty, I was under duress and, in good faith, signed the papers that I was told were simply for the warranty and a credit check. While I was unsure about being able to afford the vehicle I called back the dealership after 15 minutes to cancel but was told that the papers were already processed. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? I tried to cancel again after the Labour Day on Tuesday and then on Wednesday and my request was refused by the General Manager Alan Alam. Each time it was done in a very dismissive and rude way. I was told that if I did not accept the car that I would lose the deposit and would be taken to court for extra charges. At this point, I would simply like to cancel anything to do with the car and get my money back as I cannot afford it. I am very disappointed in the service that I was given at this dealership. I felt like I was scammed and taken advantage of. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to ANYONE! More

We where very polite and when we decided not to do business with this dealership they became cold. As after the fact they tell you something different 3- the sales manager and salesmen will not tell You of any incentives that car manufactures Is offering customers like 1250 .00 for the versa note 4- beware of the general manager has he will threaten You with law suits and other charges if you try And back out if a deal even if you have not signed any Paper work yet. 5- The owner does not see customers or even return Calls even if you leave a message for him 6 - when a general manager tells you after you Bought the car he is to busy and have better things To do rather than help fix the problems you have With your car deal. 7- if your applying for a VVP pricing make sure On what is offered. This is my experience with this dealer. My advice go to a other dealer And use my wonderful time with THIS DEALERSHIP so you don't have a bad time buying a new car. Customer service was lacking with the other two, and while reading terrible reviews about the other two, we realized we didn't want to just give our money to be left waiting for service. Once I contacted Direct Nissan, I realized we were going to be in good hands. Their customer service has been outstanding, and they've been in constant contact with us since the start. They've answered every question we've had, and have exceeded our expectations. I'm surprised that they haven't had any reviews here yet, and am glad I'm putting up the first one. We're hoping to continue evolving this experience with our service appointments over the life of our new Rogue! Thanks to Peter, Clyde, Joe, and Alex for an outstanding car buying experience :) More
