Based on our research and the knowledgeable salesman, Mark Seguin, we were able to order the proper setup and accessories that we desired. It was a pleasure to work with Mark and were quite impressed by his knowledge of what was required to flat tow a Jeep with automatic transmission. We also found him to be honest and personable. More and more manufacturers are no longer offering towable vehicles and it is certainly helpful when you find one who still does and has sales staff at the dealer level who know their product. We were promised the vehicle in 6 to 8 weeks and we drove off the lot 1 day past the start of week 7. This was a terrific experience and we highly recommend Jeep, Dilawri and Mark Seguin. More

Never Again, Not honest and hides important safety parts We were promised the vehicle within a few days, not a few weeks. I requested the service safety report by paper and what a big no no, it did not pass because of a seat buckle. You had to lie about something serious like that. That is unprofessional, not safe. What else are you lying about of this vehicle? We got called to come pick up the vehicle twice, once by Youssef who lies through his teeth telling us the car is ready when we got to your store we got told is wasn’t ready. We live in Gatineau which is quite a way from your store and my father in law who live in ALFRED an hour from here and two hours to your place, I’m pretty sure you saw in his face that he was pretty upset but kelpt his cool. You Frank, you lied as well telling us you did not know what was going on. Give me a break. You even told us if we were unsatisfied we could go home and you would cancel the contract. We should have let you. What a regret we have in our hands now. The other day we had a flat and tried to open the latch to get the spare, the freeging latch is broken; we had to call a tow truck. I dealt with Don, the financing contact at the dealership. Absolutely horrible, For my first vehicle ever being bought, I was expecting him to answer questions and help me understand what I was looking at or just anything in general, specially coming from Timmins. I quickly learned that this was not the case. I would ask and either not get a straight answer or not even get one. Like I said, I have no complaints about Dennis! Amazing guy, but stay away from Don if possible! More
