During the Holiday Season 2012-13, we decided to buy a Dodge Grand Caravan 2013 SXT. We knew exactly what we wanted to buy and decided to visit Dilawri one day at 4h00PM to see if Dilawri could beat the b Dodge Grand Caravan 2013 SXT. We knew exactly what we wanted to buy and decided to visit Dilawri one day at 4h00PM to see if Dilawri could beat the best price we had secured earlier that day from a Quebec dealer. We said to Ermin that we were ready to buy, and I was basically shopping for a price; this was my first visit to Dilawri. The end result is that we bought right away from Dilawri at a much better price than what we were able to negociate from our Quebec dealer earlier that day (more than 1000$ difference). We picked-up the van a couple of days later, with no surprises, with a full tank of gas. Ermin and the Sales Manager followed-up with us the following day, and as I was looking for new winter tires, he gave me an additional discount for both the rims and tires. I looked around and could't beat the price: saved an other 150$ there... Thank you Ermin for all your good services! Bruno More

However, as soon as I explained I had regular service appointment, the service representative was efficient, taking down my information and getting my keys from me in order to bring in vehicle. I also asked a few questions related to an issue I had with my vehicle after changing to winter tires. The service rep clearly explained why I was having an issue, and what could be done to solve it. Also, I mentioned another minor issue related to my vehicle interior which was relayed to and addressed by the mechanic. The service appointment was as long as I had expected. That is, the phone service rep advised it would be about an hour - and the service check/oil was completed under the hour. Very efficient and timely. Overall, great service. More

Maurice was great to work with, very informative,pleasant demeanor and attitude, no pressure tactics, etc. We went in looking to see a recent rental return but soon found ourselves directed to a new veh demeanor and attitude, no pressure tactics, etc. We went in looking to see a recent rental return but soon found ourselves directed to a new vehicle with a comparable price. I'd recommend Dilawri helping potential purchasers understand the difference in costs by providing a written comparison as we were left trying to figure out the difference in costs and feature in our heads. Factor in the "take our offer to my manager" and counter offers, deal sweetners and the numbers were hard to follow and decide on (hence my "ok" price rating). Quality of work rating got an "ok" due to date mix ups on contracts (2012 instead of 2013 - understandable though early in the new year). Car was clean and ready to go though so no complaints here. Add ons such as corrosion, fabric and paint protection offered but no pressure to take them - this was appreciated. All in all a good buying experience. More
