Our old 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager Van was getting pretty old and had almost 300 thousand km on it so we decided to look around for another Van...It just so happened that we went to Dilawri first and pretty old and had almost 300 thousand km on it so we decided to look around for another Van...It just so happened that we went to Dilawri first and we were very happy with everyone's professionalism for the most part...We were not sure if we wanted to buy used again or buy new...We found out that the price at dealerships between Used and New was really not that much in difference and that Used also meant that we would be getting someone else's problems...We decided to go new and have never looked back...The staff at Dilawri were great...I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle...Thanks... PS...I would like to also thank the people who created this website...What a wonderful way to see which Dealerships are good... More
So I guess I have two ratings to write, yes, I actually bought two brand new Dodge Rams in about two weeks. This is the first review, the second will tell the final outcome. So when I shopped for the first Ram, I stated Blue Tooth was my number one option due to the work I do. Well, after two attempts to fix it, I have given up on the aftermarket junk they sold me - a waste of about $450.00 on the deal. I bought a $100.00 ear piece which works better. I also then asked to have a tonneau cover installed at the same time they were trying to fix the Blue Tooth, they never told me it would be overnight until I arrived back at the dealership assuming it would be ready. They offered a discount the next day because of this - but wow - when I went to pick it up - they wanted to charge me more then the original price of $983.60. Should have seen their face when I showed then a picture of the sign which was no longer there. I then asked to see the sign which advertised the price (a mobile one on the front of a truck window) and it took about 30 minutes. They then said it was a larger model, so therefore the higher price and they were unaware of the discount. They had written in magic marker that my particular box size was a higher price - this wasn't on the sign when I took the picture or made the deal. Only the person who wrote this would know if the ink was dry? Gets worse, so on the second Ram (not sure how many people buy two brand new Rams in about two weeks), we clearly bargained on a Mopar hitch. The truck is home for a day or two and parked beside mine - different hitches - same truck. Well guess what, they put on an aftermarket replacement without telling me. This all happened around March 10, 2013. Today is April 22, 2013 - do you think they have called me to replace the hitch = no. Still waiting.... Oh yea, then the remote start I bought - it has been a couple of months and I am still waiting on a call for that. Oh and the service survey I receive requesting my input and I relayed this story - still waiting on a response for that. Summary: things seem to mysterious change like the signs and hitch type, etc. - guess the sale is done and satisfaction doesn't apply. Buyer beware! I began using Dilawri for servicing my Dodge Caravan (which I had purchased from another dealership) when they first opened up on Hunt Club Road...and I've been using them exclusively for service since. The service department has always been outstanding, in terms of quality of work, pricing, and, most importantly to me, very friendly service advisors. In fact, as a result of my great experiences with Dilawri's service department, I've bought two new vehicles there (a Jeep Patriot and a Dodge Caliber) since my van. Guy, who is "my" service advisor at Dilawri, is outstanding to work with. He knows me by name, immediately knows what my vehicle is when I call/walk in, and is incredibly accommodating of my hectic schedule, which often changes on short-notice making it so that I frequently have to re-schedule service appointments. I completely trust his advice when he tells me that my car needs a particular service or repair...I never feel like he's trying to get me to just spend money, which I know a lot of my friends and acquaintances worry about when they go to their service centres. I'm extremely happy with the service which I've received at Dilawri, and will continue to deal with them in the future. More
Dennis was great. He gave us exactly the deal we wanted without a lot of hassle and fuss. I would have rated the experience "Great" except for one thing. He was very pushy about extra warranties and threw so many figures at us that we couldn't make sense of any of it. We left with a bad taste in our mouth, and when we looked at the deal we had signed discovered that it was $600 more than we had agreed to pay. After an entire day of phone calls back and forth, we got the deal back to what it was supposed to be. When we finally picked up the car, we were very happy, and Dennis again took a lot of time and care to make sure we were well looked after. Thanks Dennis. When it is time to replace our other car (in a couple of years) we'll be sure to stop in and see you first. More

When it came to making the deal, he gave my wife and I all the time we needed and didn't pressure us at all with constant phone calls or scare tactics, or try to bs us at all. After having to deal with other dealers and dealerships this went a long way in ensuring trust and confidence that we were making the right choice, and getting a great deal. Highly recommended! More

Another feature of their service dept, which I appreciate, is the shuttle service. It is most convenient, and is a real time saver. This dealership is very professional, and should be copied by others in that industry. I brought my new Dodge Journey in to Ian Woodcock for a winter tire change, my first service visit. Ian was great, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
