The service at this dealership is terrible, and they try to upsell unnecessary services. One technician quoted me $69 per issue just for diagnostics, plus any additional costs for parts and labor. This was surprising, as another technician had told me over the phone that battery testing was free and resetting the service light would only cost $35. When I tried to clarify the different quotes via text, the technician admitted they worked on commission after I pressed him on the inconsistencies. He was defensive and rude in his responses, which made me uncomfortable. Ultimately, I took my car elsewhere. I managed to reset the service light myself with a quick Google search, had my battery tested for free by an independent mechanic, who confirmed it was causing the trunk issue. All in, it cost me $89 plus tax to fix everything, including labor for the battery replacement. To top it off, the last time I had my winter tires swapped here, I told them I was in a hurry. They assured me they’d called me an Uber after I dropped off the car. After waiting 30 minutes, I checked back at the desk and was told someone had "accidentally canceled" the Uber. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership for service. More
I recently purchased a car from Destination Mazda Vancouver and was informed that it would come with a dash cam that was already installed by the previous owner. Unfortunately, neither of these claims turned out to be true. The dash cam had been removed before I picked up the car, and I received only a half tank of gas. During my test drive, the fuel level was at three-quarters of a tank. It seems that between the test drive and my pickup, 5 km was added to the car’s mileage, leading me to suspect that gas may have been siphoned out. More

I trusted his words and purchased protection coverage, only to realize later that I was being deceived because I didn't calculate the numbers myself. I requested a withdrawal and had to waste time revisiting here to receive a new contract. At that time, I poured a lot of energy into resolving this deception and thought that was the end of it. 1. Recently, when I tried to sell the car I purchased here, I realized that the Carfax they posted on their website at the time was a fake Carfax. I screenshot it, thinking it would be necessary when selling the car, and the salesman never showed me Carfax nor included it in my documents at the time of purchase. When I met the sales manager recently, he saying they usually don't print out Carfax separately for customers( not sure if this is true), but due to this incident, they will make sure to do so in the future In reality, the car did have rear damage as shown in the Carfax, and the salesman suggested fixing the body part, so I decided to purchase the car. However, according to the real Carfax I received recently, the car had a front accident. The salesman knew I was looking for a car without a front accident, but he deceived me and sold the car as if there were no front accidents, just as the Carfax I saw indicated. The sales manager ignored me to protect his salesman saying the accident amount was signed on the documents. 2. I went to the bank to pay off my car loan, but my balance was higher than I thought. The bank couldn't explain it properly, and they asked me to seek an explanation from the dealer about why there was more money than what I expected. Also, the cost of borrowing, which was said to be 7.99%, had an actual amount that was $1000 more. They should explain this amortization schedule properly.... I realized that people who are not good at mental arithmetic should never buy a car here. Especially not for female buyer. I realized that everything regarding the numbers was all deceitful and even Carfax. More

They made it sound like it was included in the purchase prize, but that was not the case. Very smooth talkers, but crooks. I cannot recommend them at all. More

Incompetant and unprofessional My daughter brought her 2016 Maszda 3 in for a factory parking brake recall. They charged her for 600.00 of work on the capliper and rotor "not covered by the recal"l (Hmm) Most glaring is a "Car Health Inspection" that she was charged 40.00 for. I checked the oil level when she was visiting 2 weeks later, to find it almost dry. The winsheild fluid was also dry (both these were check off on the form) The service counter clerk was very supportive but the service manager would not even talk to me and they refused to even refund the 40.00 even though the work was clearly not done and the implications could have been catistrophic. I definitly got the same vib demeaning women as other reviewers. They kept trying to talk to my daughter (she is in law school and doesnt have time for this!) More
