Dealing with Scott , Matt.Kyle and Barry has changed my perception on this industry First of all i loved the way we was dealt with by Kyle and he organised a car for my girlfreind, after a couple of days i spoke to Kyle about doing a deal on mine which he did. Kyle was first class and i recommend anyone going to see him. After a couple of days back and forth with Barry who is a finance guy, very nice once you get to know him a little and his service is very good. we were struggling with the payments due to our credit rating i came in and Matt took over the file as we were going to pull plug on deal and Scott aswell. Basically reassured us to keep going as they would talk to reps with Barry to get us the best deals possible. After a day we got the good news. The customer service here is on point, i am hard to please being an confident Englishmen who expects great service. Well done on everything you do and keep up the great work..... you have a customer (still difficult one) for life here. More

SOLD A BURNING JEEP WRANGLER Bought a late model under warranty (2013) Jeep Wrangler Sahara and had a pleasant internet sales experience from Calgary. UNTIL I got the Jeep. It was derived to me, then 8 hours later on my first drive it CAUGHT FIRE AND BURNED TO THE GROUND! My passenger and I were able to get out and to safety, but the Jeep was a total loss. The dealership gave me concerned lip service emails then disappeared despite multiple attempts to reach them. The vehicle had a recall they failed to do (FCA said it shouldn't have been sold) which was the likely cause. Stay away from this volume dealer as the volume they have to sell you don't want. More

Dodge Dart Dealt with Kyle - was originally looking at buying a Challenger but decided on a Dart.
