Originally contacted Tony online and he responded to all my questions professionally and in a timely manner. When I decided to drive 400 kms to see a particular vehicle Tony was accomodating and said he wou my questions professionally and in a timely manner. Tony sold me a Kia Soul - no pressure, and did not try to talk me into something I didn't want. Irene initially took my online application and called me explaining she was looking for the best rate. When I decided to purchase Irene was tied up with other customers and Thelma stepped in to speed up the financing process and wrap up the sale. Very good experience overall.
