I had contacted Ted regarding a used vehicle that I was interested in. I was up front with him in explaining that I was also interested in buying/leasing new, the exact same brand of vehicle from a diffe interested in. He completely understood and wished us luck. We were really on the fence whether to go new or go 'almost new', so after talking with the other dealer, we went back to talk with Ted again. We talked for a few minutes and decided to make an offer. The negotiation process was, I would like to think painless, for both parties and a price was reached within ten minutes. The entire process was smooth as I believe it was a win win for both of us.
