Through friends and co-workers, Davis Medicine Hat was recommended by several people. I'm usually skeptical of big dealerships based on other people's horror stories. Everyone was friendly and there was absolutely no sales pressure (which I respect tremendously). I told them what I wanted and they immediately went looking...found one within a couple days! From start to finish, everyone was great. I dealt mostly with Sheila, Tim, and Thelma...Sheila was our main contact and she was always available and answered all of our questions. They treated my wife and I as if we were family, and they were able to offer us an amazing amount for our trade! At the end of the day, I rolled away with a new SUV that had every option I wanted. And with the complimentary maintenance card + the additional protection plan, I've got the "peace of mind" that I was looking for. I was so pleased with the experience that I can guarantee we will be repeat customers. The wife and I feel comfortable dealing with Davis Medicine Hat and we would recommend them even if they don't have what you want on the lot...they can get it. I cannot go without mentioning the parts guys. I have had the SUV for a month now and have been ordering custom accessories since day 1. My husbands and I are so impressed how everyone works together to do the best for the customer! I love the Davis card which supplies 2 air filters, 4 tire rotations and, car washes and 4 oil changes.
