I began looking for a new truck in about September 2012. Started by looking up GMC, Ford and Dodge products on line. I have always leaned towards GMC but wanted to leave my options open. After reviewing the above brands I quickly realized that GMC was still a superior product to other manufacturers. I had a few good experiences and a couple of bad ones before finding Davis GMC Buick on line. I was impressed right from the start after sending in the on line form and got a reply from Tony Weigel. I told him what I was looking for and he was prompt in getting back to me. One thing that impressed was Tony's willingness to help and to search out the type of vehicle I wanted. I was truly amazed at his customer relations and the service he provided. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the unit I was interested in and identified all the features I was looking for plus a few features in the package that I did not know about. Oh yes, he was the only salesperson out of all the other dealerships I had contact with that got back to me promptly. He was not pushy and did not atempt to sell something I did not want. After the purchase he called me a number of times asking if I was interested in adding mud flaps, box cover, etc. When I asked about the mud flaps he descibed them making it very easy for me to decide which to purchase. The workmanship for the installation was very good. The vehicle price was excellent and was in the range I anticipated. Overall the service was fantastic and the work completed was very good. The building tour to all the dealership departments was very interesting and I was amazed at what they do at Davis GMC Buick. I also financed my new GMC Sierra and found the same experience with Thelma Davies. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of financing, rates, warranty, extras that the customer maybe interested in such as undercoating, liability and life insurance, etc. Both Thelma and Tony met me almost immediately when we came in the front door.
