We went looking for a Used vehicle as we thought NEW was going to be too much money for us, but with Don's help and also Duncan's help we were able to purchase a NEW 2013 GMC Sierra Nevada. We were at another Dealership but the price was just a little over our budget and so working with these men at Davis and telling them where we needed to be on a payment, they went the extra mile and brought in a truck for us that was a step up from the one we had been dealing on at the other Dealership, and at a more affordable price to us. We thought Robin was great to deal with and very informative in helping us deal with the money end of things. Thank You Don Nunweiler, we never felt pressured ever and we appreciate that! We had the opportunity to visit Medicine Hat for our daughter's Provincial Pee Wee Girls Baseball games. On our trip to Medicine Hat our Equinox was making noises. The next morning, Friday, I phoned o daughter's Provincial Pee Wee Girls Baseball games. On our trip to Medicine Hat our Equinox was making noises. The next morning, Friday, I phoned our dealership in Winnipeg to see if there was a dealership in Medicine Hat we could take it to. They recommended Davis. I phoned Davis, they said I could bring it in and they would take a look at it even though they were busy. I took it in and had the opportunity to meet Don Perks. Don was in touch with me several times throughout the day to let me know the status of the car. He informed us the repair was under warranty but needed to have parts flown in from the States that wouldn't arrive until Tuesday and the car wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. Don offered us the use of a loaner car, as there were no available rental cars. Saturday morning we picked up our loaner car, a 2013 Verano, for use to and from the games and around Medicine Hat. On Monday, we went back to Davis to check on the availability of rental cars as we wanted to go to Banff. Don, after talking with Bert Meier, allowed us to take the Verano to Banff. Our car was fixed by Wednesday as promised. Don's customer service skills are extraordinary. Don is friendly and helpful, he kept us informed about the status or our car, he looked in rental cars for us, provided us with a loaner car to travel around Medicine Hat and to Banff, suggested places we could visit in and around Medicine Hat, and made us feel welcome. Don certainly made a difficult situation easier to handle. Don even invited us back to visit him again, but without a break down. Davis GMC gave us peace of mind in fixing our car properly. They gave the car an oil change as well, which they do to serviced vehicles. We received a follow up call here in Winnipeg to make sure our car was running smoothly.
