Specifically asked for a certain type of extra, discussed with the dealer exactly what was wanted, even using an example on the showroom floor, only to turn up and find they have fitted an alternative without any consultation whatever. With plans made for onward travel, I had no choice but to accept the vehicle as is. Price had been reduced but only due to inferior alternative being fitted. As stated, I will use the dealership in the future but will ensure the time is available to address any issues that arise. More

I had been scouring the city for something I really wanted. I had passed the Davis parking lot may times and I happened to see this Mustang they had parked so that it was showcased by the road.
