I purchased my Buick Verano 6 months ago. I did an update on my I-phone recently, consequently my Bluetooth in the car quit working. Numerous individuals tried to get it working for me. Finally I decided to call Eunice since she did my orientation with me when I bought my car. She was an absolute gem then and still continues to be one. First service experience was an oil change and a tire rotation. Clerk said it would be about an hour or less so I waited around for it versus going home and coming back. 2 and a half hours later its done rotation. They're printer was down so they were supposed to email my my receipt, still have not received it. Second service experience. I wanted to get a remote starter installed and in order to not void my warranty it had to be a GM product installed by GM. Fine, if it works I don't care what brand it is. Also had them install a tonneau cover for me. I called twice the morning I dropped it off to get a price quote before they started. Twice, I was told my service rep was in a meeting and would get back to me. I get a call at 11:30, 4 hours after I dropped it off, to be told that it's $$$ and they're already 75% done the work. I really thought I had to agree to prices before they did work. Guess they don't when you request it, only when they find it. Get the truck back, there's a hole in the brand new tonneau cover they just installed... Oops, sorry, didn't see that, we'll order you a new one and replace it. Another service call, yay, I get to re-arrange my work schedule to suit you once again. After this tonneau is fixed, I am never going back to this dealership for any kind of service. I will drive to the next town and go to a dealership there. More
Mark in Service was Great. We had a heat issue in our vehicle and Mark told us it was able to be fixed under a recall. The repair took longer than expected and he set up us with a courtesy vehicle for th vehicle and Mark told us it was able to be fixed under a recall. I called into Davis and was transferred to Jane Mullet. When I arrived Jane had all the options availble to me in my price range. The selection process and negotiations went pretty smoothly and I had my new truck picked out in no time and at a price point that was right in my range. I then moved on to dealing with Justin in the finace office and it went really smooth and very quickly. Justin outlined everything in a straight forward and logical manner. I drove my 2013 GMC Sierra off the lot 2 days later. The only unfortunate part was a little too much Davis branding stickers on the back of my truck, which they have offered to take off. All in all a great experience and great truck. More

After a test drive and meeting with Fred P i decided to take a coupke of days to think about it......after shopping around a little more the treatment and service i recieved at the dealership from Fred and the rest of the staff made up my mind for me. I went back to the dealership for a final test drive and then i was sold! and the process, although i was a little nervous was absolutely fantastic! and this was only made that way by Fred and the Davis chevrolet team! i highly recommend at least paying these guys a visit before you purchase any vehicle. They made it an enjoyable experience. More

My sister & her husband just bought a car through Davis GMC in Airdrie and also dealt with Matt and their experience and service was outstanding! So that is where we decided to go. We were very pleased with the friendliness and promtness that was shown to meet our needs with no hassles whatsoever.We were able to be pre-approved within the first day,test drive the next and drive home with our new vehicle the following day! Matt made sure we were taken care of through the whole process as well as Justin who got us through the paper work. We would definitely recommend going there to any of our friends looking for a new or used vehicle I Love my new/used SUV! More

I, not my wife, was thinking of a new car purchase. We had a 2008 Buick Enclave and fully enjoyed it. I went looking at Davis Chevrolet in Airdrie where I went into the lot and walked around looking at new Buicks. I went home and convinced my lovely wife to come and have a look. She agreed and off we went where we met Keith Gadd It gives me great pleasure to write the first review of our experience with Keith Gadd. He was pleasant, patient,jovial (laughed at my jokes), and relatively knowledgeable for a new employee. He took us to the Buick's and as we had one for trade we just sat in one and decided to purchase a new one. We wanted to see if we could find one in a specific color. He and Rick Purdy searched their vast inventory but were unable to find exactly what we were looking for so we bought the car, which was not a second choice at all, but we did want to look for an exact match to our dreams. He maintained the same attitude throughout the 14 days it took us. Justin Phillips and I got some of the paper work done and as he was off to get married (congratulations) He assured us that Glenn Locke would assist us for the closing. Now comes the saga of our eventual purchase. Along comes a Hail storm and before we could finish the deal we were advised that the vehicle we had chosen was damaged, It was more than we were comfortable with. Working with Keith and Rick we found another vehicle in Calgary in a color that my wife had determined would be an acceptable compromise and arrangements were made to bring same out from Calgary for a showing. There was never any time that I was unwilling to deal with these people. As I wanted to make sure my wife was comfortable with the choice of color, before the expense of transfer, I took her to the dealership and Jeff Renaud assisted and showed us a truck in the chosen color. It was grey and not the deep purple that was desired by my lovely wife. Both of us were labeled as color blind and I suppose we were but that was the color name she had picked. Again we went to Rick who worked for a long time and finally found a near match to what we had purchased. The vehicle was in Edmonton and had to be brought in. We took delivery of our Buick Enclave today. (24th of July, 2013). I can not say enough about the team we dealt with. Through all our tribulations, and my mistakes, they all were completely understanding and helpful. We even had a couple of laughs at my expense, which was completely appropriate. The guys were very patient with me as I was in the dealership, off and on,, drinking their coffee and taking up space. I would not hesitate in recommending this salesman and the team to any prospective purchaser. ps... Thanks Keith. You were great and exceedingly patient with me. Many happy years Justin (we have almost completed 47 and it is very rewarding). Thanks also to Jeff for revealing my color blindness Rick it was a great pleasure and thanks for all your work.
